DOUBLE SHOT FESTIVAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All bookings for Double Shot Valencia are accepted on the basis of these Terms & Conditions. By making this booking you understand & agree to be bound to these Terms & Conditions at all times.
We would like to remind you that dancing is an aerobic and physical activity, and that participation is at your own risk. Double Shot Festival organisers and teachers cannot take responsibility for any sore feet, aching knees, late-night-party induced tiredness, or sudden addiction to blues dancing. Double Shot Festival organisers and their teachers cannot accept responsibility for any claim, injury, loss or damage which may occur from your participation in Double Shot Festival.
We’re very sorry, but we do not offer refunds on tickets. However, if you have purchased a ticket to Double Shot and can no longer attend you can easily transfer your ticket to another name. To transfer your ticket we must receive a written request to firstname.lastname@example.org at least 7 days before the event. Please include the following information in your email:
– Your name
– The type of ticket you purchased
– The name of the person you are transferring the ticket to
– Email address and phone number of the person you are transferring the ticket to
– City and Country of the person you are transferring the ticket to
Our staff and volunteers have a right to work in a safe and non-threatening environment. We reserve the right to refuse admission and/or contact with any person who displays verbal, physical and/or threatening behaviour towards our staff.
All dancers at Double Shot Festival have the right to enjoy dancing in a safe and enjoyable environment where appropriate etiquette and behaviours are expected. We reserve the right to ask any person who displays inappropriate dance floor behaviour towards our dancers to leave the event.
Double Shot Festival reserves the right to turn down registrations or refuse entry to any part of the event.
Double Shot Festival organisers reserve the right to make any change to the classes, workshops, teachers, bands, venues & prices without prior notice. Please check www.doubleshotfestival.com regularly for updates.
FILMING AND PHOTOGRAPHY
We will of course be documenting this momentous festival with photographs and film footage. Anyone attending Double Shot Festival agrees that they can be photographed or filmed, and that these photographs and video footage can be used for Double Shot Festival promotional purposes. Any recordings [film, digital media, photographs or video] remain the copyright/property of Double Shot Festival and may be used by them at any time in any media. Personal film or digital recording of the parties, competitions and socializing is encouraged, however personal film or digital recordings of classes is not permitted without prior agreement of the teachers concerned.
